Pretty simple really - give us a call or send an email (see contact us). We will arrange an initial meeting to discuss your needs - this can be a conference call, online or in person.
Under normal circumstances (assuming a positive outcome to the initial meeting) we will then draw up a brief statement of work (SOW) for review. If necessary we revise the SOW in response to review comments. The client will then need to raise a purchase order (PO) with reference to the SOW.
As soon as the PO is received we can commence work in accordance with the SOW. As the project progresses invoices will be submitted to the client's billing representative as dictated by the SOW. The project we will complete with a post implementation review (PIR) to identify any outstanding issues, potential future work and capture customer feedback.
The above describes our normal engagement practice but alternative arrangements may be necessary in an emergency situation or where the client's procurement team requires an existing contract or service agreement.
